PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept random tow-ins or drop-offs without prior arrangement. We are NOT liable for any vehicles that have been left at our shop without prior arrangement. If you choose to leave your car on the street in front of our shop unannounced and unregistered, it may be ticketed/towed by the city. We don’t want to see this happen to you, so please don’t do it! Make an arrangement and get on the schedule.. 

It is a huge effort for us to manage and store cars, especially non-running vehicles. Again, please make an arrangement and expect pay a $1200 deposit if you wish to leave your vehicle with us before or after your scheduled service. Otherwise your car will be left on the street and we will not be liable for it.  If you are interested in car storage, we do offer monthly indoor car storage at our Richmond location. 

 You may also obtain a temporary moving permit from the DVM which will allow you to legally park an unregistered vehicle on the street for up to 90 days. Their policy changes all the time so inquire with CA DMV for solutions.
